Q. Do I need to be home for your services?
A. No, you do not need to be at home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans after your trash bin has been emptied by your local trash can company. As long as your cans are on the curb, we'll clean them on your scheduled date.

Q. Why should I have my trash and recycle cans cleaned?
A. We not only clean your cans, we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well! We use water temperatures of approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which removes 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can, including the parts most often touched, such as the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards, such as Tuberculosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.

Q. How do I update my payment information?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of your screen. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

Q. How do I pay for an order that's listed in my account as UNPAID?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Notice that all of your orders are displayed on this page. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click PAY WITH BANK OR CREDIT CARD, which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Residential Services

We have the right service package for freshening up those smelly, germ-filled cans! We offer one-time, monthly and quarterly cleaning packages. Regular maintenance cleanings are important as bacteria can begin multiplying within two weeks!

All plans auto-renew. Contact us for multi-bin discounts. You will be contacted after initial sign up to confirm your 1st date of service. Text message reminders will be sent the day before each service.

Carolina Can Man services Lake Wylie, SC and surrounding areas. SC- Fort Mill (29708), Clover, Rock Hill (west of l-77) Newport NC- Southwest Charlotte, Cramerton, Gastonia, Belmont. Customers outside of this service area may be asked to pay a $15 trip charge.

Cans must remain curbside on scheduled service date until service has been completed. Visits cannot be rescheduled for failure to have cans curbside on scheduled service day. Any requested date change must be confirmed in writing in advance by Carolina Can Man. Permanent stains, as well substances like adhesives, tree sap, paint and concrete, may not be removed with this service. All plans will auto-renew.
