Cans must remain curbside on scheduled service date until service has been completed. Visits cannot be rescheduled for failure to have cans curbside on scheduled service day. Any requested date change must be confirmed in writing in advance by Carolina Can Man.

I acknowledge, the same as with my trash collector, it is my responsibility to ensure that my trash/recycle bins remain curbside on my scheduled service date until my service has been completed. Visits cannot be rescheduled for failure to have my cans curbside on scheduled service day.

Permanent stains, as well substances like adhesives, tree sap, paint and concrete, may not be removed with this service.

All plans will auto-renew. If monthly plan is cancelled before 3 cleanings have been completed, order will convert to  a one time cleaning and I will be billed the remainder of amount due.
